Being a nine hour drive from Young, White Cliffs isn’t a place many people will get to see but being less than a three hour flight in KMH it becomes a much more attractive option for a weekend away.
With good weather limited to the northwest on a particular weekend, White Cliffs was the perfect destination.
Due to rain around the time of the trip fuel supplies at White Cliffs were limited so we planned fuel stops at Griffith on the way out and Broken Hill (not en route) on the way back.
